The Cardiff-based telecoms firm, which has recently announced forecast turnover of £2.4M for 2016, will use the partnership to offer its clients mobile solutions, whilst servicing the fixed line and broadband requirements of Advance Telecoms’ clients.
Speaking of the partnership, TWL Voice and Data Managing Director Andrew Nicholson said: “The move is another step along our growth plan. Advance Communications will now act as our mobiles division handling all queries regarding billing, technical support, tariff changes and new business. I’ve got to know directors Andy and Steve for the past six years; so I know our customers are in good hands.”
TWL Voice and Data has used inorganic methods such as acquisitions to stimulate growth in its bid to become Wales’ biggest business telecoms and unified communications provider.
Speaking of the deal, Advance Communications Director Andy Davies said: “We have grown consistently over the last nine years , but the sharpest increase in business for us has been from the introductions we’ve made through our partnership with TWL Voice and Data. We have now started building a relationship with over 20 businesses through our partnership which will allow us to grow heavily across the next 12 months. Currently, we manage over 2000 connections between Vodafone, EE and O2; we expect this to vastly increase through our partnership with TWL Voice and Data.”
