Local networking company Biz Net Wales is hosting an event on Tuesday 14th October at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel where Jane Lynch of Cardiff Business School will be giving a talk on collaboration and opportunities for joint bidding.
Lynne Orton, Director of BizNet Wales said: “We are hoping to give the members of Biz Net a greater understanding of collaborative working, as well as giving them the opportunity of working with the University.”
The lunchtime presentation will focus on the importance of collaboration for achieving business growth and outline the tools to do this effectively. Jane Lynch’s talk will summarize the BS11000 framework which utilises a relationship management plan for supporting effective collaborative working.
Mrs Lynch joined Cardiff Business School in 2006 and is currently a Lecturer for the Logistics and Operations Management section. She is also co-chair for the Joint-bidding Steering Group, a member of the Creative Procurement Forum and is on the judging panel for Welsh National Procurement Awards.
Mrs Lynch will also be presenting at Biz Net Wales’ Swansea meeting on 19th November at the Village Hotel.
