Miskin Manor Health Club Expands With New Therapies

Miskin Manor Health Club has recently expanded its offering to members and guests with the addition of holistic treatments headed up by Eva Leslie. Eva, who has run her own therapy business for fifteen years, hails from Germany and trained as a counsellor and complimentary therapist before setting up Therapy Centre Cardiff in 1998.

Speaking of her treatments, Eva said: “The best place for complementary therapies is alongside the medical profession, helping to treat the whole body. Medication can only treat the symptoms of illnesses caused by stress, worries and low self-esteem. The right complementary treatment can re-build the person from the inside and give them the strength to live a more fulfilled life. All my therapies bring together body, mind and soul encouraging self-healing. I tailor each treatment to fit every client’s individual needs.”

The treatments now offered at the Health Club include everything from reflexology and massages to natural healing methods and anti-stress treatments.

Eva is thrilled to be placed in the idyllic setting of Miskin Manor. “It’s a wonderful base to work from.” She continues. “I love helping Miskin Manor Health Club members and guests discover that regular complementary treatments will bring huge benefits into their lives. They help people to feel less aches and stresses and to discover the power of well being.”

In addition to general treatments the Therapy Centre will be offering a variety of different workshops at Miskin Manor Health Club. These include a Full Moon Ritual on the 16th January where one can let go of old, outworn, and unwanted patterns and replace them with new beneficial energies for the New Year ahead. In February there will be an anti-stress-workshop looking at the origin of your stress and how to deal with it in a more constructive way.
