Cwmbran based accountancy firm Green & Co have just achieved Gold status in the Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation. Attaining Standard status in 2011, Green & Co have gone on to become a firm that represents “world class best practice” in terms of the way people are led, managed and developed. Meeting the 165 evidence requirements necessary to attain Gold is a considerable achievement and significant for both Green & Co staff and clients.

The Investors in People framework is a means of improving how a business functions and achieves its business goals. Particular emphasis is given to good workforce communications, structure and teamwork towards business objectives. Over 20,000 organisations in 70 countries use the Investors in People framework, and the assessment process is based entirely on interviews with people from across the organisation by an independent assessor.
