Local HR company Connective Business Solutions has recently appointed a marketing assistant as part of the Jobs Growth Wales Scheme. Jayson Flores graduated from the University of South Wales in July 2013 with a BA (Hons) Marketing and joined the team at the Abercynon based HR firm in March of this year.
He had previous placement experience in the marketing arena, raising awareness of the companies through effective marketing and social media strategies.
