Cardiff based Legal Firm, Martyn Prowel Solicitors, are holding a charity dinner to raise money for the Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity, LATCH. The fundraiser will be held at Miss Jones in Whitchurch Village, Cardiff on Monday, 24th March 2014 at 7 pm.
LATCH was founded in 1982 and over the last 30 years has provided emotional and financial support to children undergoing cancer treatment and their families. The Charity’s fundraising efforts have resulted in the establishment of an Outpatient Centre with parent accommodation at Llandough Hospital, the provision of community nurses and the purchase of items of very expensive medical equipment.
Charlene Davies-Williams, a Solicitor at Martyn Prowel who was treated for lymphoma at University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff as a child said, “LATCH provided first class support to myself and my family at the time when we needed it most.”
Established in 1996, Martyn Prowel Solicitors are a general high street practice based in Cardiff City Centre providing a range of quality legal services. James Lynch, a Director at Martyn Prowel Solicitors said, “We are delighted to support LATCH and know first hand just how important the work that they do is and the huge difference LATCH makes to those children and families who have received its help.”
Tickets cost £25 per person and include a 3 course meal and musical entertainment. Raffle prizes include a round of golf at St Pierre Golf Club.
