Cardiff based firm addMASS has signed a contract with Hotelogix, a global enterprise level cloud-based Property Management System (PMS), to resell the company’s hospitality solutions in the UK. Hotelogix is used by small and medium-sized hospitality businesses worldwide to provide online distribution solutions.
“We mapped out an ideal architecture to offer to the hospitality sector and looked for partners to fulfil that requirement,” said Bruce Campbell, Director of addMASS. “Critical to our needs was a company that had created SaaS model and was prepared to build interfaces with other ‘best of breed’ products. Hotelogix met the requirements and it is one of the few products that interfaces with Xero and other leading add-on products.”
The hospitality sector in the UK comprises some 45,000 businesses in the hotel and B&B sector making this a huge step. Cloud-based Property Management Systems require no capital investment and have extremely low infrastructure needs making them the way forward for the industry as a whole.
“Hotelogix shall offer the UK market a single unified solution at a fraction of the cost of legacy solutions,” continued Mr Campbell. “A move to cloud based operations can automate, sync and simplify business process. We understand the frustrations businesses face when it comes to real time management information and this addition to the hospitality industry can only improve these businesses and aid in managing time effectively.”
AddMASS will have an exhibition stand at Accountex in London on 13th and 14th May at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre in London.
