Wales’ longest established independent business networking organisation; The Business Network will be hosting business exhibition at the Vale Resort on Thursday 3rd October.
The Business Network’s exhibition at the Vale Resort in Hensol, which starts with a complimentary breakfast at 7:30am, will feature over 60 businesses from across the whole of Wales. Visitors to the exhibition can enter at no cost and the day will include a bespoke meet the buyer event for those businesses wishing to seek new contracts; along with networking and targeted seminars.
Speaking of the exhibition and the importance of business networking in Wales, Lynne Orton said: ‘‘It is vital to the Welsh economy that we host such events as the exhibition. We facilitate such a vital facet of business integration that firms of all sizes cannot afford to miss these opportunities.
The Business Network was established in 2001, and Orton states the difference in terms of industry in Wales over the past few years: ‘‘We launched The Business Network at the turn of the century and the commercial landscape was completely different. Businesses in Wales are much more aware of the importance of networking than they were 13 years ago. We’ve also seen a huge diversification of businesses. The increase of start-ups providing essential services has most certainly increased an astronomical amount.’’
The Business Network host two exhibitions per year across South East and South West Wales, as well as numerous networking meetings at breakfast, lunch and in the evenings. At this event Bryan Gunton and Steven Carlson will be two of the main speakers at the morning seminars.
‘‘We have hosted exhibitions in previous years but this is by far the biggest to date. I’m sure all businesses attending, whether exhibiting or visiting, will be able to make quality contacts and take something away of real value to benefit their business.’’
